Today I'm Wearing #11: Not Just Another Nude Nail Look




Hello Lovelies! Happy Memorial Day! I hope you all are enjoying the long weekend! I wanted to share with you my go-to nude (but not boring) nail look. It consists of 2 coats of Deborah Lippmann's Before He Cheats, a sheer baby pink, with a coat of Deborah Lippman's Diamonds and Pearls, a gorgeous opalescent shimmer,  on top. 


I reach for this combination any time I'm looking for a pretty, subdued nail look. This combo is especially great because it is office & interview appropriate.  While Before He Cheats is a beautiful neutral light pink color, the real star of this look has to be Deborah Lippmann's Diamonds and Pearls. I absolutely love how iridescent, yet elegant this color look when the light hits it!

    Looks great, I love a nude nail look, it always looks to elegant and effortlessly chic! I also find that I have to layer up a couple of different colours to get the perfect nude, I'm still searching for the perfect one!

      Thanks Sophie! I agree, finding your ideal nude color is not as easy as it seems! Lots of nude colors are too beige/grey to work with my coloring- I always reach for the more pink toned ones :)
