Today I'm Wearing #4: Essie Cute As A Button Nail Polish

Natural Lighting, 2 Coats

I seem to be having a bit of a love affair with Essie polishes lately! They really do have a great selection of fun, bright colors that are perfect for the upcoming warmer months. Cute As A Button is a vivid medium coral-pink, which in some lighting looks like a salmon-pink to me. It is a creme finish, with no shimmer. I think this color would look great as a pedicure color as well, especially with a bit of a tan.

The only downside I noticed is that, as is the case with some other Essie colors, the formula can be a little bit streaky. As long as you are careful when applying it though, it really shouldn't cause any problems.

What are you favorite nail colors for Spring?

Lots of Love,

Louise

  9. Ooh, nice. I went through a mint/aqua and teal phase for a while but I started to get more into nude/neutral colors. One thing I noticed though, I have a lot of pinks. Right now I'm going through a nail color for every month phase (e.g. reds and pinks for February, greens for March).
